The Life of a Morning Glory

So on the first day of spring I thought it would be fun to plant some plants with my class. I bought 3 seed packets and some dirt pods. We saw growth within a couple days and soon I needed a tellies for the morning glory's. Buy June we had morning glory's and I found there growth and death interesting and fast. One day a bud would appear, it would stay like that for a day or two , sorry I don't have a picture of that then it would turn in to this
About an hour latter it looked like this
And then with in about a half hour it was all the way open.
The flower would stay like this the whole day, and when I came back the next day this is what I had. A dead now purplish flower.
All in all the kids loved watching the flowers grow, and so did I.
