What will be under your Christmas tree this year? Presents for your children, presents from your spouse, presents to your spouse, presents from your kids, nothing?
Most of us here in South CA, will be blessed this year with gifts that we want. Some people, even here, don’t even have their house now because of the fires. Many people in this area are homeless. What will be under their tree? Will they have a tree? Will they have a Christmas dinner?
If you are someone who has a little extra money or time I encourage you to help those who are less fortunate then you, this holiday season. Buy a gift card to a fast food place, and give it to the next homeless person you see. Donate your time to the local shelter, help serve at a soup kitchen, donate some extra toys and clothes to those less fortunate.
Take some time to think about those less fortunate. Think about the kids who won’t have anything under the tree, there and all over the world. Take some time to pray about what you can do.
